Reminder: [Toastmaster] Agenda for Meeting 162 2014/3/4

Dear All, 

SYTC is going to have the 162th meeting tomorrow evening (3/4). Please receive the attached updated agenda.  The theme of the meeting is: 

Adversity reveals genius; fortune conceals it. 苦難顯露天才，順境埋沒天才  --by Horace. Please keep the theme in your mind, and try to use it in your speeches during the meeting.

Please be informed: 

(1) Toastmaster : Please contact the following members for role confirmation,

speech title and personal introduction. Manual speech speakers/ Timer/ Ah counter/ session master.

(2) General Evaluator: Please contact evaluators & Grammarian for role confirmation.

(3) Joke & Table topic session master : Please prepare for the session and invite members to participate in the session activities. For table topics session, please prepare questions related to the theme, if possible.

(4) If you are a speaker, please submit your speech script to your speaker, if possible, before the meeting. 

(5) If you have trouble fulfilling your assignment, please inform Toastmaster of the night Patrick Chang or Chin-Chi ASAP.
