6/25 K部有Benjamin, David, Chin-Chi, Gina (K3), Julien, Debbie, Tim (K2), Coco, Ingrid, Dinger (K1) 共十人 參加 Toastmasters 總部在道明中學的核心會議及晚宴新舊任幹部交接。
核心會議中，我們了解 Division mission 是協助 Area 完成各項必要之培訓，Area mission 是協助 各club 成功地完成傑出分會計畫，每個Division 及 Area 要時時保持 TOP 3 (Governor, Education, and Marketing ) 的協商共議，每個Club 要時時保持 TOP 4 (President, EVP, MVP, PRVP)的協商會議。 從marketing宣傳到 receiving guests 公關貴賓接待 到member education 敦促會員成長進步。Key element is having a quality meeting every single time.

Time flies, 2 days' marvelous Fall Conference was ended successfully,
smoothly and fruitfully.
I believe that all of us, the lucky attendees, have benefited a lot from
the attractive programs.
First of all, I would like to express my deep appreciation to all of the
700 members and guests for their participation. With their support, the
Fall Conference has become unforgettable and meaningful.
I'm very much grateful to LGET Mike Yang and the superb leaders of Fall Conference committee, April Cheng, Tony Lee and Shih-chun Tu and their team members for their great contribution to prepare a plentiful program or us. I'm proud of you! Please accept my deep salute to you!
Of course, I also would like to appreciate all of the trainers of the education and training programs, especially, our keynote Speaker, Judge Dana LaMon, for their contribution and enthusiasm.
They trained and educated us to become excellent already.
There are many remarkable and memorable points which need me to appreciate:
1. Good choice of meeting venue --- a legendary and historic building and
meeting hall.
2. Gorgeous program masters--- well prepared and performed attractively.
3. Handbook of Conference--- Well designed with plentiful contents.
4. Speech contests --- Excellent Judges, high level contestants and winners
were fairly chosen.
5. Dinner and Party--- Delicious food and superb entertaining programs.
6. Public recognition for distinguished Divisions, Areas and Clubs are very
motivated and positive.
Again, please accept my appreciation to all of you for your participation
and contribution.
光陰似箭，轉眼間，隆重的秋季大會已經圓滿成功地結束了。我相信我們這一群幸運的會員，已從這些豐富的節目中受惠良多。
首先，我要對所有的七百位參加的會友及來賓，表達衷心的感謝。他/她們的支持，使大會增添光彩。 我更要感謝教育與訓練副總會長楊冀光及秋季大會籌備會主席鄭寶珠，李德祥及凃世俊總監以及其團隊成員等，對他們準備這次豐盛節目的貢獻。我以你們為榮!請接受我的致敬!
當然，我也要感謝所有的敎育訓練節目的講師們，尤其是我們的專題演講貴賓—戴納拉蒙法官，的熱誠及貢獻。他/她們已教育及訓練我們成更為優秀的會員了。這次大會中有許多值得我們表揚的優點，如：
1. 選擇好場所---中山樓是個着名的歷史古蹟。
2. 優秀的節目主持人--- 充分準備並傑出演出。
3. 大會手册--- 精心設計且圖文並茂。
4. 演講比賽--- 公正的裁判，高水準的選手及公平地選出優勝者。
5. 晚宴及晚會--- 豐盛的餐點及超優的娯樂節目。
今年公開對傑出部，區及分會的表掦具有正面性與鼓勵性的効果。 最後，容我再度感謝你們的參與及貢献!
