SYTC 155th meeting minutes, Nov. 5,2013

The benefit of coming to meetings is that you can always learn something new from the speakers.  In the meeting, our manual speech speaker Kenneth introduce to us a new term "super-cocooning" in his C8 speech. Also, we had a very exciting Table Topics session. The members and guest had a lot of opportunities to practice English and sharpen the communication skills! Come to our meeting! Stay away from "super-cocooning"!

+ On 11/09 (Sat.) at 2:30pm in 南新國中音樂館, our senior member & ex-president Jack Chang is going to hold a concert for his 60-year birthday celebration. Let's go together and say "Happy Birthday" to Jack while enjoying the wonderful music.

+ The Membership Recruitment Campaign has been launched. When you bring 1 guest to the meetings, you will get one point. By the end of Feb/2014, 2 members with the most points will get prizes!

+ Officer Meeting of the month will be held on 11/26 Tue. evening at Donuts'. We will start the 1-hour officer meeting, followed with a     reading club. All members are welcome to have fun with us. 

+ Next meeting will be held on November 19, 2013 at 7:00 pm. 6:45 pm is available to enter the venue.  Address: 新營區民族路21-61號，大宏王公社區活動中心3樓教室.
