Dear Leaders & Members,


I'm honor to announce the 3 winners of "Division Governor, Area Governor &
Toastmaster of the year" for 2009-2010.


Division Governor of the Year: Vickie Chang, ACB, ALS, Division B,


President's Distinguished Division, Chartered 5 new clubs, mentor 1 new
club and dedicated to hold 2010 Spring Conference, and many education
programs last term .


Area Governor of the Year: Jewel Hsu, ACS, ALS, G-1 Governor.


President's Distinguished Area. Charted 1 new Club, Mentor 1 new club and
dedicated to assist 2009 Fall Conference.


Toastmaster of the Year: Wayne Chen, CTM, CL, D-4 Secretary. P P of
Yuan-Shan TC


Being an acting D-3 Area Governor, help clubs to reach high goal. Sponsor
a new club and help rescuing 2 clubs in Division D. Dedication to District
arranging many education trainings and activities for clubs in Southern
Taiwan.


First of all, I'll pay my appreciation to 7 Division Governors for their
support to nominate candidates. 3 Divisions are too humble to nominate
their candidates. WE expect all Divisions must nominate their candidates to
recognize officers and members' achievement in the future Basically, the
winners are fulfilled the requirements―whose dedication, commitment and
efforts significantly contributed towards achieving the District mission.
Hence, our decision is according to the final report of Distinguished
Division and Area from WHQ and reviewing the Toastmaster who have
contributed to reach the mission of District.


Actually, all of the candidates are qualified and reach the basic
requirement, but due to the limitation of the Awards, we can choose three
of the best to be our winners every year.


Final, please accept our congratulations and appreciation to all of the
candidates and winners for their contribution and dedication to
Toastmasters and our District. Their excellent performance will be the role
model of our followers.

2009年秋季年��献甚多。


年度�����： �兆虎，CTM，CL，D部秘�，�山分�前��


�任D-3代理���期�任�任怨�成最高成�。�助�立新�及�任其���起
人，��助成功救援�弱�成。一年��提�D部的教育及各�活�水�，��良
多，��年度最佳典�。


首先，我�要感�七位部��的支持�提名其候�人。但仍有三�部客�而未��部
�才。


我�期待在未�，不要��最後是否入�，每�分部都能提名最佳人�，以表�其�
�及�部���的��之成就。基本上，��者都要�到基本的要求--即他或她�的
�心，�身及努力都��成��的任�有重大的��。因此，我�是依�世界��公
�的�出部及�出��告，作��核年度部��及���的依�。而年度���考核
���是否�到���的��程度��定。


其�，所有被提名的候�人，都足够�格��到所有的要求，但由於僧多粥少，只能
�出少��位最�者。因此，�免有�珠之憾，尚��解。


最後，由於所有的侯�者及入�者都�本地���有非常�出的奉�，我�代表全�
��及�部，向他�表�最高的�意及祝�。也盼望他�的�出表�成�大家的追�
典�！
