[SYTC] Agenda for No.57 Meeting of Shin-Ying Toastmasters Club (April 21, 2009)‏

Dear fellow Toastmasters,

We are going to have the No. 57 TM club meeting at April. 21, 2009 (Tuesday).

Please note that our meeting venue is changed to the classroom of 3年6班 in Nanshin Junior High School(南新國中).

Please be at 3年6班on time at 6:50 p.m.

Please see the Agenda and Contact List attached.

Please be sure to take a look at your assignment and rehearse as many as you can by following recommendation in the manuals.
If you cannot fulfill your assignment, please find a substitute or notify :

Speakers:
As being a "Speaker", please prepare a script of your speech and send to your "Evaluator" for preview before the meeting. And remember to bring your manual "Competent communication" to the meeting and pass it to your evaluator at the beginning of the meeting to write down their comments for your speech.

Toastmaster :
As being the "Toastmaster" of the coming meeting, please contact the speakers and the members with assigned works to get their brief resume for introducing in the meeting and be sure they will fulfill their assignments.
