[SYTC] Agenda for No.52 Meeting of Shin-Ying Toastmasters Club (Feb. 3, 2009)

Dear fellow Toastmasters,

Happy Chinese New Year!

We are going to have No. 52 TM club meeting at Feb. 3, 2009 (Tuesday). It is also our 1st meeting in the year of Ox.

Please be at our meeting venue (the language lab in Nanshin Junior High School南新國中) on time at 6:50 p.m.

Please be sure to take a look at your assignment and rehearse as many as you can by following recommendation in the manuals.
If you cannot fulfill your assignment, please find a substitute or notify :

Speakers:
As being a "Speaker", please prepare a script of your speech and send to your "Evaluator" for preview before the meeting. And remember to bring your manual "Competent communication" to the meeting and pass it to your evaluator at the beginning of the meeting to write down their comments for your speech.

Toastmaster :
As being the "Toastmaster" of the coming meeting, please contact the speakers and the members with assigned works to get their brief resume for introducing in the meeting and be sure they will fulfill their assignments.
