One news happing this week caught my attention. A blind Frenchman was fined for drunk driving. How dare he was! The blind man and his friend, the car's owner, were caught because the police “spotted their car zigzagging suspiciously and moving at a very low speed” (The Liberty Times自由時報, 2008/9/1).
