Concert on January 19th

Hello Camila,

Thank you for your email. In the attachment is the invitation to the benefit concert on January 19th. As you can see from the program there will be many different musical performances, including a special performance called "The Snowman." Between the performances, there will be some short speaches by our English Department Chairperson, as well as our school's owner, president, and vice president. In addition, there will be snacks and drinks to enjoy while enjoying the performance. The snacks probably will not be enough to consider a meal. That's why the benefit concert is being held in the afternoon between 3:00 and 5:00. The tickets cost $500NT. The money collected from this event will go towards funding programs in the English Department, as well as establishing schollarships. This will be explained by our English Department Chairperson at the concert. Anyone who is interested in attending this concert should email me and let me know. At our next toastmasters meeting on January 15th they can give me the money and I will give them the tickets. This event will be held in building A on Diwan's campus. That's building number two on the map in the attachment. Maybe you could just simply forward this message. Then you don't have to reword or reintroduce the event.
