[SYTC] Aganda for 27th Meeting of Shin-Ying Toastmasters Club (Jan. 15, 2007)

Dear fellow Toastmasters,

Happy New Year !!
Tomorrow is 2008, begin of a new year, and the meeting in January postponded to 3rd and 5th week of the month.

We are going to have the 27th TM club meeting at Jan 15,2007(Tuesday).

Please also take a look for your assignment (The coming 3 meetings)
and rehearse as many as you can by following recommendation in the manual.
If you can not fulfill your assignment, please find a substitute or notify :

Speakers:
As being a "Speaker", please prepare a script of your speech and deliver to your "Evaluator"  for preview before the meeting.
And remember bringing your manual "Competent communication" to the meeting and
pass to your evaluator at the beginning of the meeting to write down their comments for your speech.
 
Toastmaster :
As being the "Toastmaster" of the coming meeting, please contact with speakers and the members with assigned works
to get their brief resume for introducing in the meeting and be sure they will fulfill their assignments.
 
General Evaluator:
Please help to contact with "Evaluators". Thanks!
