general evaluation - 16th meeting

Dear fellows, how are you?

It's my pleasure to be the general evaluator in the 16th meeting. Listed are my evaluation for your reference, wish we improve ourselves more.
1. I appreicate Charles Kang as the toastmaster of the evening today. He made a phone call to confirm my assignment 2 days ago.
2. Preview agenda before meeting, and understand your assignment to run the meeting smoothly.
3. Write down each speaker's topic on the blackboard to let audienance understand in the very beginning.
4. Put on you name card in the meeting, let other fellows have a chance to speak with you and know you more.
5. Welcome governors and guests from other club to make our meeting more energetic and active.
