Dearest Toastmasters members,

We welcome you to join us for the 2010 Fall Conference in Tainan. This
year, we are privileged to hold the fall conference in a city with such a
rich cultural heritage and dynamic energy. The fall conference will take
place on November 20 and 21, at the newest landmark and the tallest
building in Tainan: Shangri-La's Far Eastern Plaza Hotel, situated in the
city's center right behind Tainan train station.
