1. Toastmaster: Please contact Manual speech speakers/timer/Ah counter/Joke master/TB master for assignment preparation.

2. General Evaluator: Please contact Evaluators & Grammarian for assignment preparation.

3. Manual speech speakers: Please return your speech title and speech
script to Toastmaster, your evaluator and VPE (Gina Wu) ASAP. Bring manual "Competent communication" to the meeting and pass to your evaluator prior the beginning of the meeting to write down their comments for your speech.
