Dear leaders, 各位先進，   Christmas is coming. In this joyful season you must be happily celebrating this holiday. May you have a Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year. 值此佳節，祝大家心想事成，聖誕節快樂!   Please accept my heartfelt appreciation to all of you for your hard working in the past six months. Your efforts to club members and D67 deserve my salute! 這六個月來各位總監，會長及副會長對會務的用心與努力，有目共睹，特此向各位致敬!   In order to encourage members to make more speeches, to enhance communication and leadership skills, and to get more DCP credits for the clubs, District Governor Jack Tsai will give the following awards for recognition of their efforts and achievements. 為了加強分會DCP, 總會長Jack特別指示以下的獎項以鼓勵各分會。   1. Top 7 CC&AC achievement award: Three advanced manuals and a gift valued around NT$2,000 will be given to the first 7 clubs which, by April 18, 2008, have won the most CC and AC awards from Toastmasters International. 在2008年4月18日晚上11點59分前 (以世界總會網路上當晚公佈的名單為準)，各分會的中級演講員人數加上高級演講員人數總合，人數最多的前七個分會，每個分會將獲得三本進階演講手冊及價值新台幣二千元的等值禮物做為獎勵。國、台、日、客語得獎分會將獲得三本中文版中級溝通手冊及價值新台幣二千元的等值禮物做為獎勵。在2008年春季大會時頒獎。若人數相同者，以世界總會公佈的日期先到的分會為準。   2.
