Dear club Presidents and EVPs,
各位會長及教育副會長:

Greetings from District Lieutenant Governor Education and Training, Marian Hsiao. 教育副總會長蕭敏環向您-怜搹n。

You might have sensed that all of you need to better understand the New Competent Leadership Manual so that you can help your fellow club members to complete the 10 CL projects. For this purpose, District education and training team has arranged a CL workshop in Northern, Central, and Southern Taiwan. The Southern workshop is on the afternoon of August 4. We expect that all presidents and EVPs in Southern Taiwan will come to the workshop.  

為了使大家更加了解新領導手冊的內容，以便可以在分會中協助會友完成手冊中的十-茬璊腹C總會教育訓練團隊擬在北區，中區，及南區各舉辦一塲"認識新領導手冊"研討會。南區的研討會是在八月四日下午舉行。D部及高雄台語各分會會長及教育副會長請務必撥冗參加。

For this workshop, please read the new CL manual in advance. The Southern Education and training coordinator, Grace Shih will give you more details about the workshop soon.

在參加研討會前，請預先閱讀這本新領導手冊。(F部當天會有每-茬璊葵漱中斲艙�氻瓾蕈q)。南區教育訓練特助施惠芳會儘快與各位聯絡，告訴各位更多細節。研討會地點及議程表也很快就會宣佈。
